Payment rules for services rendered

Payment cards are accepted: VISA Inc, MasterCard WorldWide, MIR.
(cards issued outside of Russia are temporarily not accepted for payment).
To pay for the product with a bank card, select the payment method when placing an order: by bank card.
When paying for an order with a bank card, the payment is processed on the bank's authorization page, where you need to enter your bank card details:
  1. card type,
  2. card number,
  3. card expiration date (indicated on the front of the card)
  4. Cardholder's name (in Latin letters, exactly as indicated on the card)
  5. CVC2/CVV2 code
If your card is connected to the 3D-Secure service, you will be automatically redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card to undergo the authentication procedure. Please check with the Bank that issued your bank card for information about the rules and methods of additional identification.
The security of processing Internet payments through the bank's payment gateway is guaranteed by the PCI DSS international security certificate. Information is transmitted using TLS encryption technology. This information is not available to outsiders.

Tips and recommendations on the necessary security measures for making payments using a bank card:
take care of your plastic cards in the same way as you take care of cash. Do not forget them in the car, restaurant, store, etc.
never give your full credit card number over the phone to any person or company, always have at hand the phone number for emergency communication with the bank that issued your card, and in case of loss, contact the bank immediately
enter the card details only when making a purchase. Never specify them for any other reason.

A payment link can be sent for payment via the Quick Payment System (SBP).

Refund for paid services.
The procedure for returning goods is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law "On Consumer Protection".
  • The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within seven days;
  • The return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product are preserved;
  • The consumer does not have the right to refuse a product of proper quality having individually defined properties if the specified product can be used exclusively by the person purchasing it;
  • If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than ten days from the date of the consumer's presentation of the relevant claim;

Refusal of the service
The consumer's right to terminate a service agreement is regulated by article 32 of the Federal Law on Consumer Rights Protection
  • The consumer has the right to terminate the service agreement at any time by paying the contractor a part of the price in proportion to the part of the service rendered before receiving notice of termination of the specified agreement and reimbursing the contractor for the expenses incurred by him up to that moment for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement, if they are not included in the specified part of the service price;
  • If the consumer discovers the shortcomings of the rendered service, he has the right, at his choice, to demand:
  • gratuitous elimination of deficiencies;
  • a corresponding reduction in price;
  • reimbursement of expenses incurred by him to eliminate deficiencies on his own or by third parties;
  • The consumer has the right to make claims related to the shortcomings of the rendered service, if they are found during the warranty period, and in its absence within a reasonable period, within two years from the date of acceptance of the rendered service;
  • The contractor is responsible for the shortcomings of the service, for which the warranty period is not established, if the consumer proves that they arose before its acceptance by him or for reasons that arose before that moment;

Additional information
You will receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes after payment. When requesting a refund in case of cancellation of the purchase, the refund is made exclusively to the same bank card from which the payment was made.
