The cultural complex “Kremlin in Izmailovo” was founded by Alexander Fedorovich Ushakov in 2003. The idea of creating a center of Russian culture came to Alexander Fedorovich literally in a dream, when he, a descendant of the famous icon painter Simon Ushakov, began to see the current Kremlin with its towers, a noisy square and a pond surrounded by children. Day after day, the details of the Kremlin emerged more and more clearly, and the time had come to present the architectural project to the mayor.
